Zimtek Engineering successfully delivered a complete automation upgrade for Crystal Food Oil, a prominent player in the food manufacturing sector. The client was facing significant operational downtime due to a malfunctioning labelling machine control system. The original system, supplied by an Italian manufacturer, had become unreliable — and repeated attempts to contact the vendor for support went unanswered.
Recognizing the urgency, our team conducted a thorough evaluation and concluded that the existing control panel and programming were beyond repair. We then proceeded to completely remove the old control system and replaced it with a custom-built PLC-based control system, designed and programmed in-house by Zimtek Engineering.
The new system features:
